More about Gruven
Here we have our mountain cabin with three apartments (Directions). It is beautifully situated on a south-west slope in the Östra Färdkällan area, located midway between Högfjällshotellet and Tandådalen’s eastern lifts.
Slalom slopes, restaurants, pubs, bars, bistro, shops, ICA grocery store, swimming pool, cinema, ski rentals and much more lie within a kilometer distance. On the other hand, the cross-country tracks start just outside the house and ski buses between the lift facilities run 150 meters away. In other words, outdoor life is never far away.
Family-friendly and child-friendly accommodation
The area is very quiet and child-friendly and invites to sledge-riding and snowman making for the little ones. Here everything is closeby except possibly nightlife. On the other hand, Högfjällshotellet is a mere stone’s throw away. Map to the house can be found here.
About the house and apartments in Gruven
Each apartment has eight beds in four bedrooms/lofts and is equipped with fridge and freezer, stove with regular oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fireplace with wood, cable TV, shower and toilet (tiled walls and tiled floor), sauna, drying cabinet, engine heater outlet, etc. In other words, convenience is within reach. There is also internet access throughout the house. Of course, the house is climate-smart heated with geothermal heating.
The upper apartments (A and B) have two bedrooms with bunk beds as well as a bedroom and a sleeping loft with a double bed each. In addition, there is a large room with a fireplace to cozy up in. In addition to the cozy interior, the sun porch is in a southwest orientation. The size of the apartments is 75 square meters. Apartment A is pet-free.
The lower apartment (C) has two bedrooms with double beds and two rooms with bunk beds. Here, too, there is a large cozy room with dining area, fireplace, TV and kitchen. The patio is also south-west facing with good chances of sunshine. This apartment is 85 square meters.
Smoking is prohibited in all our apartments.
The house in Gruven has an Easee charging station for electric cars.
